We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to work with our client based in Knoxfield. Our client is a registered NDIS Provider who offers support coordination and plan management to a diverse range of individuals.

To be successful you must have: 

  • High level of customer service experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an administration / accounts function
  • Demonstrated knowledge of invoicing and various other accounts functions
  • A warm, personable and engaging personality
  • An employment Working With Children's Check 
  • A clear National Police Check 
  • A clear DWES Check 
  • Exposure to SalesForce is advantageous


Your responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Providing customer service to clients via phone
  • Following up with providers 
  • Invoicing and accounts follow up 
  • Overflow administration work
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
