Our client is a well-established Engineering Consultancy firm located in the heart of the city near transport and shops.  You will thrive in this fast-paced office environment assisting the Accountant with Finance Management and Bookkeeping.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Project cashflow forecast
  • Company budget
  • Cost approvals
  • Project profit & loss
  • Monthly reports
  • Invoice summary
  • Project cost analysis
  • Cost approvals
  • BAS reporting
  • Reconciliation of credit cards & petty cash
To be successful for this role you will need:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with good attention to detail
  • Top communication skills, both verbal & written
  • Competent MS Word & Excel skills
  • HR experience in preparing employment letters would be highly desirable (but is not essential)
This is a full-time position and the salary guide is up to $75,000 package (including Super) dependent on experience.
