The Opportunity:

You’ll be taking on a well established, high performing sales team of one of Australia’s biggest home building brands. You will be coaching, supporting and mentoring a team of independent sales contractors to drive a proactive and professional sales culture to deliver a superior level of customer satisfaction. This is a people role so a high EQ, strong interpersonal, organisational and leadership are required.  A proven background in Sales Management or New Home Sales is desirable, as is a passion for Growth, Training and Management.

The right person for the job will possess:

  • Can attract and recruit the best sales contractors in the industry
