We are seeking experienced Customer Service Administrator's to work with our various Community Service Sector clients who are currently experiencing increased demand during this period. 

Our clients work with disadvantaged and aged clients to provide assistance and guidance through difficult times. To be successful in this role you must have a bright personality and be able to show empathy to clients when presented with difficult situations. Experience with aged, disability, health care etc is desired. 

To be successful you must have: 

  • High level of customer service experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in an administration / accounts function
  • Demonstrated knowledge of invoicing and various other accounts functions
  • A warm, personable and engaging personality
  • An employment Working With Children's Check 
  • A clear National Police Check 

 

Your responsibilities in this role will include: 

  • Providing customer service to clients via phone
  • Invoicing and accounts follow up 
  • Overflow administration work
  • Other Ad-hoc duties
