WE ARE Canberra’s leading family law firm. We have the best cases, the best training, the freshest approach to our work and our culture. We’re innovative and fun and we look after our staff (not just lip service). We have offices in Sydney and Melbourne and we are happy to discuss you working between offices if that suits you. We have great ubuntu (look it up) and we want you to contribute to that.
OUR NEED IS that we are extremely busy and struggling to find the right person to contribute to our ubuntu and look after our clients. If you meet the description below, please contact us to discuss whether it would work for you and work for us. All approaches considered in strict confidence. You don’t necessarily need to move to Canberra but that could be an option.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF you are clever, forward thinking, and willing to learn. You benefit from being challenged but expect to be supported. You want a workplace that is flexible and supports your life. You want to contribute to positive culture. You work hard but don’t want an employer that sees you as nothing but a doer of billable hours. You want cases and training that take you beyond what you’re comfortable with, you want to regularly brief top Counsel, and you think being at the forefront is awesome, not terrifying (or maybe both is okay). You want to be well paid and you want a clear path to progression and affordable equity. But mostly if you just want to be the best at what you do.
KEY DETAILS experience is not required but will be factored in. All levels of experience are encouraged to apply. You will work in a team and be supported by competent and reliable support staff. You will be challenged but supported and mentored.
Please send applications, including your resume and a cover letter with a funny story (giving us an insight to the real you) to:
