Property Officer

You will be working in an established Agency within a professional team. Our office provides a friendly and professional environment with ample training and advancement opportunities.

Tasks include:

  • Marketing and advertising properties
  • Presenting open homes & private inspections
  • Communicating with prospective tenants and screening applications
  • Lease preparation and lease renewals
  • Ingoing and Outgoing inspections
  • Routine Inspections
  • Manage & maintain all repairs and maintenance
  • Processing applications
  • Assisting Property Managers as directed

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Drivers licence and reliable car
  • Ideally we prefer experience in Property Management of 1 year or longer
  • Certificate of Registration and be prepared to obtain Class 2 License within 4 years
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Good work ethic, and excellent communication skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Console to a high standard
  • Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
  • Ability to work in a team environment
