Scientific Officer - Histology

We are currently seeking a Fixed Term Part Time Scientific Officer to join our team located in Wagga Wagga.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous proven experience in Histology is essential to this role.
  • Applicants with experience in Surgical Cutup are encouraged to apply.
  • Must have a relevant Science degree obtained from a recognised Australian institution.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills required.
  • Knowledge of quality control measures
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • Participation in 24/7 day rotational multi skilled rosters is required   
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Share company's vision, cultures and values
  • Understand WHS
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work both within a team and as an individual dealing with pressure situations 
  • Professional attitude on confidentiality
