Telstra Customer Experience Consultant

As we enter unprecedented times, TSA Group are now interested in expressions of interest from suitably experienced people seeking casual customer service and technical support roles. 

What will you do?

  • Engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value;
  • Level 1 support for faults, manage service difficulties and offer technical support over the phone specifically for Telstra NBN Customers
  • Retain existing customers by providing an exemplary service experience
  • Offer solutions using a variety of Telstra's market leading products from NBN, Mobile, FOXTEL, Cloud and Web solutions

  • Available to work to attend 2 weeks FT training in person, then to work 38 hours FT Monday to Friday from home - equipment provided
  • Ability to record and maintain accurate customer data to ensure a smooth shift handover
  • Be empathetic and caring when dealing with customer needs and concerns
  • Great communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to learn fast and recover quickly from setbacks.
  • Great with technology and system navigation.
  • Ability to operate in a 24/7 "follow the sun" contact model
  • Available to commence work in either April or May
