Our Client

Our client has an international presence with a fantastic reputation and internal culture. They currently have an opening for a Part-time HR Advisor to join the team on a parental leave contract.
  

Description

Duties will Include, but not limited to; 
  • Running numerous reports including leave and absenteeism
  • Assisting with reviews and updates of internal HR documentation   
  • Guidance and advice inline with company policies and procedures
  • Monitoring the HR Department shared inbox
  • Recruitment assistance from onboarding, inductions, coordinating training and development programs and exit process
  • Employee Relations; supporting dept managers with performance management issues
  • Meeting with line managers to discuss staffing changes or requirements
  • Providing HR Administration support to the wider team

Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have; 
  • Previous experience within a similar generalist or ER capacity 
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
  • Australian legislation knowledge
  • Excellent communication style and ability  
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills 
  • Outstanding organisation and attention to detail 
  • Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
