About the Role

Working collaboratively with and reporting to the Finance Manager you will have an emphasis on financial reporting, accounts payable and payroll. The duties of this role include, but not limited to:

Accounts Payable

    • Full function of accounts payable duties on weekly basis:
    • Invoice processing;
    • Supplier statement reconciliations;
    • Communicating/responding to supplier queries;
    • Payment processing and management;
    • Bank reconciliations.

Payroll

    • Processing weekly payroll for approx. 400 casual and permanent staff;
    • New starter set up;
    • Timesheets management;
    • Process pay run weekly ;
    • Manage all compliance activity.

Reporting

    • Daily labour reporting ;
    • Month-end responsibility including Accruals;
    • Relevant stakeholder reporting;
    • Cash flow responsibility;
    • Expense management and processing.

About You

    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Payroll experience is essential for this role
    • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Experience with ERP system, Microsoft NAV preferred
    • Highly competent in excel.
    • Outstanding communication skills to internal and external stakeholders
