Aussie Broadband is an all-Australian-based telco, offering internet and phone solutions to residential, business and corporate customers. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and punching way above our weight in the industry.

We're in business to change the telco game. We're looking for people who want to play with us, and who love our values:

  • Don't be ordinary, be awesome
  • Think BIG
  • No bullsh*t
  • Be good to people
  • Have fun

We're looking for some more amazing people to join our Customer Service team in Lynbrook! The position is a permanent, part time position (averaging 4 - 5 days per week on a rotating roster - see operating hours below) and provides technical & account support to residential and small business customers.

This is a call centre based role, taking inbound calls from customers with technical support and accounts/billing enquiries - these could range anywhere from basic troubleshooting to complex fault-finding, to updating customer information on their account to billing help.

The position is offered on a part time basis. Hours are to be worked on a rotational roster between 7am and 12am Monday to Sunday, and Public Holidays.

All entitlements will be in accordance with the Telecommunications Award 2010, and the Fairwork Australia National Employment Standards. The salary will be subject to qualifications and experience.

Experience in customer service, technical support or help desk would be highly regarded, but isn't essential, as we offer fantastic on the job training and teach staff all they need to know. You do however need to be a clear communicator, and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.  Computer literacy and data entry skills are a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, lodge faults online, use basic software packages etc.

Our call centres are open 7 days a week, from 8am - midnight. Our team rotates through those hours (8hr shifts), and you could expect to be rostered 4 - 5 days per week, with the ability to pick up extra shifts.

Please note a satisfactory police check is a requirement of employment.

At Aussie Broadband we see difference as our point of difference.  We celebrate it, we support it, and thrive on it – because it means our staff can bring their whole selves to work, and that we can better represent our customers and community.  We’re proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, and our stand for diversity and inclusion is just one way we can demonstrate our value of ‘Be Good to People’.
