About the role

Service Centre Technicians work on a variety of tasks and support users in a range of roles, across The Territory.

Here are some of the activities our technicians perform on a daily basis:

  • Responding to customer queries, over the phone and via email
  • Following up with customers about issues they're experiencing
  • Logging new jobs and escalating to third party IT service providers
  • Participating in FREE training and career development opportunities.
About you

You don’t need any technical know-how or prior experience to be considered for this role.

Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following:

  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight timeframes
  • Passion for teamwork
  • Alignment with Kinetic IT's values.
The fun stuff

What do we do for fun? When our staff are taking a break from their desk, you’ll find them in our breakout area - we have a pool table, table tennis and lots of video games.

Our benefits definitely help make sure our technicians are looked after, but it’s our culture that makes Kinetic IT such a great place to work.
