About our Client 

Our client connects more than 10,000 grain growers with local and international customers via Australias largest silo network, with a storage capacity of over 20 million tonnes, seven bulk port elevators and two specialty port terminals. 

 

About the Role

Based from Emerald - QLD and reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor we are looking for a qualified electrician to join our clients team.


Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Electrical maintenance for three-phase motors
  • Repairs, Validation, Installation, Testing, Tagging & PLC Troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to work collaboratively and productively in a cross-trade team of electrical & mechanical trades
  • Understand & maintain quality control/assurances procedures
  • Actively participate & promote site safety whilst ensuring adherence to all Australian electrical regulatory & safety requirements
  • Travel to sites within Central Queensland
  • Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical


Skills/Experience 

  • Trade Qualified 
  • Current QLD Electrical License 
  • Proven experience in similar positions
  • Valid Drivers License
