About the Company

This fast growing fintech business has seen some fantastic growth over the last few years.

As a result of this growth there is an immediate need for a hands on Financial Controller to allow the Group Financial Controller to work on a number of key strategic projects.

About the Role

Working with the CFO and Group FC, you will be responsible for the day to day accounting aspects for the business.

Your focus will be the following:

  • Managing month end;
  • Daily cash flows;
  • APRA reporting; and
  • Management of payroll and the oversight of the forecasting and budgeting process.

You will manage a small team and your ability to mentor and coach this team will be a key result area.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be CA / CPA and have broad financial management experience. You will be able to demonstrate where you have motivated teams, improved processes and enjoy working in a growing fast paced environment. Candidates from a payments or technology focused business will have an advantage.
