IT Helpdesk Support

Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant Organisation who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Support to join a great team.

Working with a small team of IT specialists, you will be Providing Level 1 support to users both on and off-site.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Gathering information and raising tickets for the clients that call in.
  • Providing IT support - queries and incidents raised by customers
  • Creating and managing Active Directory accounts and Exchange mailboxes
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Performing proactive and reactive troubleshooting to identifying potential problems
  • Maintaining clear and concise communications and records to support service delivery.

Skills we are looking for:

  • Detailed knowledge of Ticketing System
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Windows 10 Operating Systems
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detailed knowledge of Active Directory
  • Friendly welcoming professional with good telephone manners.
  • Well presented, hardworking and enjoys working in a Team
  • Possess great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work well independently and productively within a small team environment.
