Expression of Interest – Customer Service and Administration Officers

Skillset is seeking expressions of interest for experienced Customer Service and Administration Officers to provide executive support to well-known organisations in Bathurst and Orange, NSW. The successful candidates must be available Monday-Friday and be available to be on call.

Initial interviews will be completed via FACETIME and SKYPE.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a self-motivated person who possesses an outgoing and vibrant personality, the main focus of the roles will be to assist both the internal and external stakeholders. You will be customer service focused with excellent computer skills and knowledge in a variety of CRM systems such as SAP.

Duties will also include but are not limited to:

  • Providing high level of customer via phone and email
  • Updating and logging customer information
  • Directing any enquires accordingly and accurately inputting them into the system
  • Ad-hoc administration support to the team

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone manner
  • Be a motivated individual and encompass the ability to work well autonomously
  • Confidentiality and respect for sensitive information
  • Strong skills in computers and experience in maintaining databases
