L1-3 Desktop Support Officer

The role

  • You will be the first point of call for all IT related issues
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting L1-3 issues in systems & networks - Windows 7 and 10, Active Directory, Group Policy, software patching, SOE Upgrades, PC & phone hardware, Cisco routers and switches
  • On site and remote support
  • Be able to solve or escalate all client issues relevant to SLA’s whilst maintaining communication throughout
  • Setting up of workstations and user accounts
  • Record all incident managements with use of ticketing tools

Your Skills & Experience

  • Previous L1/3 Desktop Support experience
  • MSP experience highly desirable
  • Strong windows 7-10, Office 365 and Active Directory experience
  • Provide remote support
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems
  • Clear and concise phone communication
  • Own transport and driver’s license highly desirable
