Customer Service Officers - 200 Permanent Full Time Positions Available

We are the Brisbane Branch of Concentrix. We deliver exceptional Customer Service on behalf of our clients who expand globally across 40 countries, 125 locations and employ more than 225,000 employees worldwide.

We are currently seeking Service Officers to join a fast-paced environment, servicing the Australian public with both general and complex inquiries that require customer focused individuals with a want to help others.

 

The Role

  • Be a part of our Inbound Call Centre, servicing our Government Client by assisting the Australian public
  • Have a natural, empathetic approach to customers with a high level of resilience
  • The role is resolution focused with the ability to problem solve complex situations

What's on Offer!

  • Permanent Full Time Role
  • We provide 7 weeks of Full-Time paid training
  • Work on a rotational roster, Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am to 8pm (No Weekends)
  • Paid $22.50 per hour + super, increasing to $23.50 per hour once you have completed your 7 weeks of training
  • Step Up Incentive Program offering $400 monthly (T&C's Apply – but eligible after training)
  • After 3 months of employment the option to work a 4-day week and/or a structured shift between 11am to 8pm
  • Work in a state of the art, purpose designed office environment
