Administration Assistant

  • Part Time (22.8 hours per week), Max Term Contract 30/06/2021

Your Opportunity

This is a great new career opportunity for a team orientated person to manage and complete a range of administrative tasks vital to the efficient running of the office and programs.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Supporting the programs administratively
  • Support with daily operational issues
  • Assist in managing the front office and reception area including taking phone calls, responding to queries and managing guests
  • Manage the program’s compliance and reporting
  • Provide support on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with the collation and preparation of data and reports

Requirements for Success

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Capacity to understand, interpret and report on data
  • Quality focused with excellent report writing skills
  • Efficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel and Power-Point
  • A team player who is flexible, personable and willing to pitch in and help

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
