CBC St Kilda is currently, a Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition, with an enrolment of approximately 500 students.
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for the position of:
Education Support Officer - Administration Support Officer – Fixed term - 4 days per week
This important role in the Education Support Team is a part time fixed-term position, beginning in Term 2 and concluding May 31, 2020.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, initiative and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- document production,
- maintenance of the Working With Children Check register and other registers,
- assisting at reception,
- student attendance,
- first aid, together with other general administration duties.
The successful applicant will also be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and EFTPOS, be adept in handling confidential documents and student information, and enjoy working with a close-knit team. A knowledge of SIMON (Student Management System), Caremonkey and Synergetic would be advantageous, as would experience in working in a similar position in a school setting.
A current Working with Children Check and National Police Check (NPC) are required. Up to date First Aid and Anaphylaxis training is required.
