The Client:
Our client is a very well known VIC brokerage, situated in Melbourne's inner city suburbs and are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth.  The office, boasts an extremely impressive retention of staff which can only be put down to the excellent work/life balance and inviting and warm office environment.

In both the Assistant Account Broker and the Processing role the successful candidate will be expected to assist with the management of a portfolio of clients working across renewals, endorsements and new business.  This role has a degree of autonomy but working well in a team will be key to being successful at this firm.

Ideally, you will have:
  • The Assistant Broker role would suit an assistant/processor looking for that next step into commercial
  • The Processor role would suit someone with 1+ years insurance admin experience
  • Tier 1 qualifications desirable for the AAE position
  • Previous experience working across all general lines
  • 3-5 years experience in insurance
  • Client Facing
  • Keen eye for new business
  • Enjoy working both in a team and autonomously
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and happy to multi-task
