Desktop Support

The Company

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Desktop Support Officers to support local and field users with upcoming projects and BAU work.

Your responsibilities

  • Install and configure new PC hardware and software on desktops, laptops and peripherals.
  • Respond and record all IT support requests from users using ticketing tools.
  • User account management for office 365 users.
  • User Account management with Active directory.
  • Training and teaching clients of the use of Skype for Business, MS Teams and ZOOM.
  • Prioritise and escalate issues to other team members where necessary.

Your Skills & Experience

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows 10 hardware and software problems.
  • Knowledge of IT networking systems such as Windows 10 Server, Microsoft Office Suite, O365, MS Teams, Skype for Business, Zoom Video Communication.
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to identify problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
