The Bega Graduate Experience

We are excited to announce the Bega Graduate Program for 2020, commencing end of June.

We are currently inviting applications for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team at Bega.

Working on day-to-day activities to support your immediate team as well as engaging in challenging and meaningful projects, Bega graduates will undertake a comprehensive 18 month rotational program with a focus on technical knowledge and skills, Bega business acumen and personal opportunities to prepare you for an exciting career.

You will also benefit from coaching as well as the support of a dedicated buddy to help you make the most of the program. Highlights of the program include innovative workshops, creating a professional network across the Bega Group nationally, and bringing fresh ideas to Bega.

We work in a highly collaborative environment that provides flexibility, opportunities and respects differences. Our product range is diverse and so are the opportunities for professional and career development. We are committed to providing our people with broad experiences to build a successful career.

Why Choose Bega?

Bega Cheese Group is home to many trusted and wholesome food brands enjoyed in Australia and around the world.  Our growth story of becoming a successful ASX listed company with a turnover in excess of $1.5 billion, and over 2000 employees is made possible by our values and outward looking perspective. With a strong regional focus and dedication to community, we are proud of our heritage which continues to build outstanding opportunities for people to develop and thrive.

If you believe in building a Great Australian Food Company, you are curious and creative, and invested in the success and growth of others as much as your own, then you might be the one we are looking for!

What You Can Expect

  • To be part of a supportive and talented team
  • Career development and job opportunities
  • An excellent culture that holds true to company values
  • An employer that gives back to the communities and charities we work closely with
  • And amazing employee benefits such as Salary Continuance, Health Insurance subsidy, Flexible Work, Purchase Leave and access to the Employee Assistance Program to name a few.

To be successful in this role

We hire for potential, not just performance. To be successful you will be open about your strengths and weaknesses and prepared to challenge yourself. Bega people support each other to achieve together.

Additionally, you have:

  • Recently completed a Bachelor or Post Graduate degree (within the last 2 years), or are on track to completion by June 2020
  • Availability to commence June 29, 2020
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • A reputation for producing quality work
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
