Human Resources Business Partner

About Them  
 
Work with 3rd generation, multi-award winning global FMCG success story in an HR Business Partner role at their agricultural farm located in the central part of the Riverina NSW about 45 mins from Wagga Wagga.
 
 
Day to Day
 
Reporting to the General Manager, as the HR BP you will provide best practice HR support that helps drive the mission, values and strategic vision of the business.
The main roles and responsibilities of this position will include the following:
  • Assist in the delivery of HR programs (including engagement surveys; learning and development; ER/IR Compliance; employee communications; and reporting and analytics).
  • Work with the Head of HR to establish and continue to improve HR operations policies and procedures.
  • Manage and develop employee recruitment and onboarding processes for all new employees
  • Oversee and support the maintenance of employee records including preparation of contracts/letters for new and existing employees.
 
You’ll Need
 
We would love to talk with candidates who have proven experience between 5-7 years working in an HR (ideally HR BP) function within FMCG – ideally in food, confectionery or body care type categories. You will also be able to demonstrate experience by having:     
 
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge in IR/ER policies and practices.
  • Independent and autonomous nature with a natural curiosity and proactive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to use discretion and sound judgment in dealing with issues as necessary
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
