About the Role

We are experiencing rapid growth and require an Accounts Clerk to join our Accounts Team. This is an initial full-time 12-month contract with the potential to become a permanent full-time role. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help ensure all accounts and administration related obligations are met in a timely manner.

Duties

  • Manage data in Salesforce and Xero, including but not limited to:-

    • Reconcile the bank accounts and credit cards

    • Invoicing and accounts receivable

    • Bills and accounts payable

    • End of month accounting

  • Manage accounts emails and correspondence

  • Manage relationships of our employees, customers, suppliers or any other stakeholders of our business

  • Other general duties as requested by the Commercial Manager

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar high volume data entry role

  • Salesforce experience preferred but not essential

  • Xero experience essential

  • Certificate IV in bookkeeping or similar qualifications

  • Strong communication skills

  • Positive minded individual

  • Ability to manage your own time and work to deadlines

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment

  • Strong attention to detail
