Customer Service Officer - Casual

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers who enjoy providing an exceptional customer service experience?

My name is Tim Keir and I'm the Service Team Leader at Pure Water Systems. We believe that good health begins with good water and we've been helping Australian families experience the benefits of filtered water for more than 20 years.  We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team. 

As a member of our Service Team you will be responsible for maintaining our ongoing customer relationship, make outgoing phone calls to arrange the scheduled service or replacement of cartridges and manage the incoming customer service calls from our current customers.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide an outstanding customer experience that is tailored to our individual customer's needs;
  • Know our product range and help our customers make the best choices;
  • Book service appointments;
  • Meet weekly and monthly KPIs;
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the Pure Water Systems product range and the key benefits of our systems;
  • Utilise Microsoft Office programs and manage our customer records in NetSuite;
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training programs.

The role is casual and you must have availability and flexibility within business hours Monday to Friday.
