ABOUT THE POSITION

 

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual who has a hunter mentality to join our sales team. You will be able to work autonomously and manage established customers and build our reach with the Liquid Art portfolio within the Adelaide area. The successful applicant will effectively develop and grow an assigned sales territory, meeting key brand-building objectives and would already be able to sell Craft Beer kegs and packaged Craft Beer, Spirits and Wine in influential on-premise venues that delivers volume and net profit targets. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing the current on-premise business, growing volume, distribution and profitability with existing outlets while hunting for new opportunities, achieving sales and distribution targets
  • Achievement oriented, highly motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Hunter mentality
  • Robust commercial acumen
  • Ability to engage and communicate effectively with solid negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation skills with demonstrated ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to focus on outputs and maintain drive in most situations without support from others
  • Actively seeks to increase the success of the business with awareness of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace and external factors which may affect the business
  • Enthusiasm and passion for the on-premise channel
  • Executing State and National Strategy's, Business Plans and Promotional Programs   
  • Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory
  • Accurately record and enter data into company systems

Ideally you would already have the relationships within the Adelaide area and be results orientated, hungry for success and understand the importance of delivering quality customer service to your clients whilst working to meet sales targets. To succeed in the position, you will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills, be willing to challenge the norm and have a genuine passion for the on-premise industry & achieving goals and developing the Liquid Art business.

To be successful in the role you must have a current driver's licence, RSA and be available to work some weekends and late nights. Proven success in a similar sales role for the On-Premise channel is preferred.
