We are looking for an friendly, professional and courteous Casual Customer Service Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities to work in a fast-paced changing environment, with a willingness to act as a positive change agents. You will have proven experience and knowledge of cash handling, balancing and receipting skills.
You will be highly organised, with the appropriate written and verbal communication skills to be able to meet deadlines under conflicting pressures whilst also being committed to meeting our customer expectations. Not to mention to have the ability to listen, decipher and research to provide authoritative advice to customers' in an efficient and professional manner.
Salary: Schedule A, Salary Point 3.0: $54,329.20 plus 25% casual loading pro-rata = $34.82 per hour.
