Known for our prize winning cordials and traditional style sodas, the range has grown to include a unique portfolio of contemporary and traditional products including premium juices, soft drinks and syrups, Spirits, Wine, Beer . ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our QLD sales team selling both our iconic and traditional Bickford's brands as well as our new and innovative VOK products.  Managing predominately a Gold Coast & Northern New South Wales run, covering Independents and Multi-Channel, Retail/On Premise Liquor outlets the successful applicant will effectively manage, promote and sell Bickford's and VOK products in order to maximise brand exposure, sales volumes and profits within the allocated territory. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing a client base of retail and on-premise customers, growing volume, distribution and profitability with existing outlets, achieving sales and distribution targets
  • Executing State and National Strategy's, Business Plans and Promotional Programs   
  • Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory
  • Ensuring the right product mix is sold into stores and outlets
  • Working with existing and new distributors
  • Sourcing new business
  • Accurate record keeping and entering of data into company systems
  • Timely reporting and sales admin tasks as required

Ideally you will be results orientated, hungry for success and understand the importance of delivering quality customer service to your clients whilst working to meet sales targets. To be successful in the role you will need to have outstanding interpersonal skills, be willing to challenge the norm and have a genuine passion for achieving goals and developing the business. Proven success in a similar sales role or Retail Experience within the FMCG industry or Liquor industry in preferred.
