Business Development trainee


This role is commonly referred to as a 'sales role for the rental department' as it involves sourcing leads and listings for the rental department.

You will be focused on bringing on new managements and leasing properties for a busy real estate agency meaning your main responsibility is to find investors wanting to rent out their property, list their property and coordinate with the rental team in leasing out the property whilst providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

You will be joining a Property Management team of 6 with numerous years of experience who will assist in your training and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Actively sourcing new business listings
  • Conducting pre-purchase meetings
  • Negotiating with potential clients
  • Ability to build strong external and internal business relationships
  • Rental appraisals
  • Prospecting plans/reporting
  • Growing the rent roll
  • Providing first class customer service
  • Market research
  • Open For Inspections

The successful applicant will need to possess the following:

  • Agents Representative Certificate
  • Reliable car & a valid drivers licence
  • A positive attitude
  • Experience in a similar role is great but not essential.
     

Days and hours of work are Monday - Saturday 9.00am - 5.30pm.
