Who Are You:

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our high energy team.

You will need to be:

  • Comfortable being uncomfortable to join the top 1% of performers

  • A high energy individual (we love big personalities)

  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal

  • Able to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities

  • Have a high attention to detail

  • Happy working towards big KPI’s

  • Solution focused, not problem focused

  • Comfortable manager a small team

  • AND ready to improve by 1% every day (that’s 365% improvement in 12-months)


You will ideally have:

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing both B2B and B2C

  • Good knowledge of Facebook Ads and messenger bots for local businesses here in Australia

  • Good knowledge of Google Ads and the Google Display Network for local businesses here in Australia

  • An in-depth understanding of marketing funnels and how to generate ROI

  • Good knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Infusionsoft and Hubspot

  • Experience with SMS marketing

  • Across Zapier and how to integrate with all the other marketing tools

  • Have worked with conversion rate optimization across A/B testing and/or multivariate testing

  • Ability to setup setup reporting and monitor campaign performance and ROI

  • Experience running a marketing team of ads managers, copywriters, designers and marketing assistants


What Each Day May Bring:

  • Developing overall marketing strategies for dental clients around ANZ for B2C

  • Developing overall marketing strategies for the B2B side to fill the bi-monthly dental events

  • Managing the team of Google ads manager, Facebook ads manager, Copywriter, Designer and Marketing Assistants

  • Reporting directly to the CEO on client campaign performance and the teams performance

  • Working on the technical integrations between platforms like Google Sheets, Zapier, Unbounce, Hotjar and the ads campaigns

  • Proof-reading new marketing angles for both B2B and B2C work

  • Approving all new marketing angles to go live

  • Delegating key tasks to team members and holding them accountable to deadlines

  • Looking for more opportunities within the fast changed world of marketing

  • Researching new tools and software to keep us and our clients ahead of the curve

  • Working with the account managers who deal direct with the clients actioning campaign changes based on real time feedback from clients, and their call recordings
