About the Role

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support professional to join our fast-growing organisation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage tickets through internal ticket management system (ITSM (BMC)
  • Management of active directories & networks, including onboarding and offboarding users
  • Troubleshoot and fix Wifi issues
  • Provide user support on Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10) and Office Suite
  • Manage TV communications across the business through Supersign
  • Printer management and setup through uniflow
  • Provide a daily check of all video conferencing for meeting rooms (Cisco)
  • Email, Phone and Instant Messenger support in a customer facing environment
  • Willingness to learn new technologies

 

And what you’ll need

  • Excellent technical skills with regards to PC hardware and related equipment
  • Proven troubleshooting and support skills
  • Experience installing computers and handsets
  • Strong communication and customer facing skills
  • Professionalism in attitude, actions and appearance
  • An ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Current police check (desirable)
