About the Opportunity:

A great opportunity is now available to join our marketing team in a full-time role.

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the broader marketing team and execute marketing plans aligned with the organisation’s core strategies.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with senior leaders in the Corporate Office and Holiday Parks to develop, implement and deliver digital marketing campaigns to promote the Reflections brand and its products and services. You will use your expertise of digital mediums to grow brand awareness and maximise revenue growth opportunities as well as drive website traffic and implement customer acquisition strategies.

In this role you will:

  • Manage Facebook Ads platform, maximising ROIs across all campaigns, penetrating new and emerging markets.
  • Manage Google Ads and Booking platform, maximising ROIs and identifying relevant keywords.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Identify opportunity areas for growth and SEO optimization.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals - ROIs and KPIs.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Liaise with existing and new affiliates/partners to drive referring traffic and customer acquisition.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Develop strategies to increase interaction with our loyalty database and lead generation activities.
  • Manage the blog, building a strategy behind content marketing to ensure that regular, engaging content is being created.

To be successful in this role you will have the following requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing. Post Graduate Marketing qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Previous experience with the management of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google AdWords platforms is essential. 
  • A natural curiosity to analyse and improve digital performance.
  • An ability to balance creativity and commerciality.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital marketing and proven capability to take an organisation into new channels to engage with target audiences.
  • Sound understanding of budgets and return on investment for advertising.
  • Thorough understanding of the guest experience and what drives excellent customer service.
  • Well-developed knowledge of current marketing research principles and best practice.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of domestic and international tourism and the caravan and camping industry are highly desired.
