Reception duties including answering the phone and making appointments. Meeting and greeting clients. Incidental photocopying and binding. Maintaining meeting rooms and kitchen.
Skills and experience
To be considered for this role you should have a friendly and energetic personality, professional communication skills both written and verbal. Must be neat, tidy and well-presented. Must be punctual, trustworthy and have reliable transport. Key to your success will be your commitment to customer service/client satisfaction. Previous experience is advantageous but not a must.
