Who are we?

We're Kincrome, a renowned hardware company that knows tools inside and out, we're AUSSIE owned and proudly independent.  We're a trade and retail sector leader across the hardware, automotive and industrial categories.

As a group that's passionate about our work in the hardware tool and equipment sphere - we are looking to hire someone that is just as eager to work with our products and uphold the Kincrome brand values.

Our Sales Team has a mantra, "Think Customer" and "Get it Done".  We always strive to leave a positive, lasting impression on our distributors, customers and end-users.

Who are you?

Maybe you're in trade sales and looking for a change or have been working in related retail sales (in the hardware, automotive, industrial re-seller space - with hands-on, front counter experience) and are ready to step it up a notch.  You have experience in the sales of tools & equipment, in particular Kincrome and the power tool industry and are ready to take the next step into B2B sales repping.  You have unrestricted Australian work rights & hold a current Australian drivers licence. If the boot fits, your responsibilities would include (but are not limited to):

  • B2B profitable sales
  • Working in a defined geographical territory and  to a planned call cycle 
  • Providing solutions for your customers
  • Attending trade fairs, expos, store demos etc (you must be willing to work outside of office hours)
  • Visiting WA country and regional areas up to 2 weeks per month
  • CRM and internal Kincrome admin & reporting
  • Working as part of a team - Team Kincrome!
