Customer Support Consultant

The Role:
Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for Customer Support Consultants to join the dedicated and passionate team in our Kawana office. This role will see you will personally engage with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will thrive on the thrill of retaining customers and answering general inquiries for existing customers in an inbound service environment.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Take ownership of customer queries and see these through to completion with a focus on first call resolution
  • Generate new business and retain existing business
  • Apply highly developed communication and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrate a keenness to learn and develop by conducting self-analysis against key performance indicators and take pro-active steps to address gaps
  • Work in collaboration with others and actively participate in team discussions and activities in a positive and engaging way

You'll be working on a rotating roster, you can work anywhere between 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and 1 Saturday every 3 weeks. You will be provided with 4 weeks full time paid training and will be paid a starting salary of $58,448.47 including superannuation of 9.5%.

Knowledge and Experience:
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals who thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have demonstrated success in identifying customer needs, clarifying information and researching issues to provide solutions or alternatives to suit while also complying with company policy and procedure. This role will suit someone who isn’t afraid to manage customer complaints and can do so in an effective manner.

Key requirements include:

  • Highly developed verbal communication skills with ability to adapt your style to suit different personalities and situations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast paced, high pressure environment with predetermined schedules
  • Team player who establishes strong working relationships and collaborates with others to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly and effectively identify sales opportunities
