Real Estate Sales Associate


We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic and presentable individual who is wishing to commence their career in Real Estate.

The Sales Associate role is an excellent way to enter the industry where you will be trained by the countries best real estate minds, provided every resource by working with the countries largest and most successful real estate brand - Ray White.  You will also be supported and learn from an experienced sales agent who is looking to build their sales team.  

It is a fact that more sales people are successful when working with the Ray White Network then any other brand, this is an entry level opportunity where you can immerse yourself in a strong performance culture that supports learning and growth.

Only those that are looking for a long term career and are prepared to work hard to achieve their success should apply.

 

The role will include but not limited to:

  • Making between 30-50 Outbound Calls Each Day

  • Learning how to prospect for new opportunities in all markets

  • Coordinating & attending open homes and buyer inspections

  • Building and Maintaining Relationships with existing Ray White Clients

  • Learning every step of the Real Estate Transaction

  • Build a long term career

  • Working After Hours and on Saturday's

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate that you:

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone manner

  • Have strong customer service skills and a positive "can do attitude"

  • Are enthusiastic, self-motivated and have high ethical values

  • Take pride in your personal and business presentation

  • Have up to date computer skills

  • Are organised and have outstanding time management skills

What you will need:

  • A Real Estate Sales Registration Certificate

  • Your own reliable vehicle with insurance and current drivers licence

  • Continuing Acceptance to Investment in yourself and your own learning

This is a full-time position and weekend work is essential.
