To provide support, information, referral advocacy for women and women with children who are experiencing domestic/family violence and homelessness within a case management framework and strength and trauma informed practice.


ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Interview and develop Case Management Plan, in conjunction with Client
  • Respond to inquiries for accommodation
  • Maintain daily statistical records using SHIP data base
  • Maintain confidential client records and files
  • Network with service providers
  • Attend to relevant office duties
  • Attend meetings
