Your new role
The newly created position of Customer Relations Officer (CRO) will see you providing administration and stakeholder management support to the coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, both in person and over the phone, and liaise with a range of other key stakeholders including service providers, rostering, planning and accounts.

Some of the more specific tasks this role will undertake, will include:

  • Facilitate delivery of customers’ NDIS plans, ensuring the highest quality services are met
  • Assist the Coordinator with the development and implementation of goals and objectives relative to their NDIS packages.
  • Liaise with the rostering team to ensure all scheduling requirements are met and are within the budget.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will have highly developed administration and communication skills (verbal and written). You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a proven history of managing a range of internal and external key stakeholders.

You will also

  • Be technically savvy and be able to pick up new systems.
  • Have well-developed Microsoft Office skills (particularly across Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Enjoy and be accepting of working within an ever changing environment
  • Have strong problem solving skills & attention to detail
  • Have or be willing to gain knowledge of the NDIS.
