You :

  • Insatiably curious about technology.
  • You value learning and therefore consume knowledge as much as you share it.
  • Competent with all Microsoft operating systems and Office products
  • Ideally O365 and Active Directory experience
  • Maybe you have qualifications, maybe you don’t, but you are smart.
  • And you really care about doing right by your customer and your team.
  • You will have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a tech support or IT Help desk or Tech support role
  • Are a great communicator and enjoying helping customers both face to face and over the phone
