The Finance Manager is accountable for the effective, efficient and responsible management of all administration and Finance procedures in the College. The Finance Manager uses advanced specialist skills to plan, develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems, policies and procedures, submit proposals and submissions and provide strategic advice and reports to the Business Manager in the areas of responsibility.

 

Within the role the Finance Manager supports the Catholic Identity and Evangelising Mission and builds relationships within the school and wider community to realise the school’s mission and vision and assist students to achieve enhanced learning outcomes.

 

The role assumes a high level of managerial expertise, including a significant level of leadership. The Finance Manager is expected to work autonomously and exercise judgement and discretion in dealing with a range of complex tasks and situations.
