Youth Activity Officer

Do you enjoy working with young people and making a difference in their lives?

The City operates three Youth Centres and this role assists to deliver programs at The Castle Youth Centre in Thornlie.

Experience developing programs and activities that meet the needs of young people in the community is important, as is experience providing information, support and referral.

The position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Essential requirements: Completion of Certificate IV or progressing towards a higher qualification in Youth Work / Community Services or similar discipline and/or equivalent relevant experience. Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, First Aid qualification and Driver’s Licence.
