Field Sales Manager - Gold Coast Region

The Challenge:

Our sales teams embody who we are as a company, taking our passion, innovation and hunger to make things better out to market and really make a difference. As our Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of 6 Territory Managers by creating environments that are motivating and engaging. You will provide a platform for your team where they will train and develop into sales superstars through building sales capability, helping them to achieve sales targets and ensure sales standards achieved through sound execution.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across all channels, while maintaining and maximising existing relationships. This position is critical to the success of our team, so we’re looking for someone who is truly passionate about making drinks better and inspiring and motivating their team to deliver exceptional results. 

 

Are you up for it?

To enable you to hit the ground running, you’ll need to have the following:

  • Previous experience (or a development plan) within a leadership position
  • Previous experience in sales management, with a proven ability to manage targets and new accounts
  • Strong analytical capability, to help you sail through those sales reports with ease
  • Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills
  • A genuine passion and commitment to succeed in a sales based environment
  • The ultimate brand ambassador for all things Frucor; from our values to the way we work, you consistently role model what it means to be a leader at Frucor Suntory.
