YOU WILL BRING:

Our ideal candidate will have high-quality customer service experience with attention to detail and excellent phone etiquette. Your personal or professional interest in the IT industry is welcome. You will possess the ability to efficiently & accurately assign and document all calls, incidents, and requests to the correct support group.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

  • You will be providing in-call phone/live chat diagnostics and troubleshooting and accurately documenting all incidents & problems.
  • You will initiate IT service management workflow process ensuring tasks are assigned to the appropriate areas.
  • You will be working to achieve team-wide service levels for phone answer time and issue resolution.
  • You will offer an excellent level of customer service at all times.
