IT Support Analyst

  • Initial 3 month contract with a view for extension
Opportunity
A global and well trusted retail company based in Melbourne’s South Eastern Suburbs is looking for a Service Desk Analyst with asset management experience to assist in their established and collaborative team on a 3 month assignment. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be confident in providing day-to-day IT Service Desk support while providing excellent customer service. 

About the role
Your role will include:
  • Provide IT Service Desk support to internal staff
  • Asset Management documentation and administration
  • Ensure all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
  • Record all incidents and actions immediately within the internal logging system
  • Respond to both email and telephone inquiries
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have: 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience
  • Must have experience in mid-large corporate service desk environment
  • Sound knowledge of Windows 10, Citrix Xenapp, Microsoft Office and LAN/WAN Network Technology Concepts.
