WORK FROM HOME - Customer Support Specialist

We run a contact centre on behalf of one of the world’s leading technology companies, helping their clients across Australia, New Zealand and beyond. We are currently seeking full-time Customer Support Specialist's to join our inbound telephone-based team on a 12 month contract. You will provide supreme customer service and support for our valued clients & their customers.

Every call is a different customer with a different need, so you will get to spend the best part of the day interacting with real people and being their hero. We provide world class service and provide the training and development you will need to be the best in the business. You will also be equipped with the necessary tools & devices to complete your role from home.

You will ideally have:

  • Outstanding communication skills with clear and articulate verbal, listening and written competency
  • Passion for customer service with strong trouble shooting skills
  • Driven to assess and evaluate customer needs by listening and asking questions
  • Ability to articulate information so that it's easy to understand
  • A solid understanding and passion for modern technology
  • Natural ability at multi-tasking and can perform under pressure
  • Attention to detail in capturing customer information accurately
  • Ability to work a flexible roster – we operate from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday
  • A private workspace where to conduct your role from
  • Wired broadband connection with fast reliable internet speed
  • Ability to visit the Brisbane Office when/if requested
