About the role
 

This newly created role is intended to further optimise our digital marketing strategy.  As an NSO team member you will work closely with a variety of professionals and focus on the following 3 main pillars:

  • Marketing automation management (CRM management)
  • Copywriting with a SEO focus to increase return on investment, as well as additional SEO support
  • Strategic social media advertising with a focus on lead conversion
  
Skills and experience
 

As a tertiary qualified Marketing specialist with 3 or more years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role, you will benefit from bringing a creative spirit and passion to support our amazing franchise network. To be successful in this role you will also have:

  • Energy, professionalism and the motivation to own your area of responsibility;
  • Comprehensive understanding of Social Media Advertising and SEO;
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially writing optimised website copy and creative marketing communications;
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Infusionsoft or other marketing automation platforms is essential;
  • Photoshop skills will be highly regarded;
  • A capability to think outside the box and develop creative lead gen solutions;
  • Adaptive and flexible to changing business priorities;
  • Initiative, confidence, honesty and a team-focus;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a strong ability to work collaboratively with others.
