IT Support Technician

In this role your customer centric approach and technical skills will come to the forefront.

Based in our Ballarat Support Office, you will:
  • Provide phone based & remote IT support to our store and Support Office teams
  • Perform other tasks & duties as requested by your Manager
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure that you follow up on all store requests in a timely manner
  • Actively follow & maintain OH & S guidelines and processes
  • Actively follow & comply with our policies and procedures
Our PURRfect PETstock person for this role, will: 
  • Have experience in a similar support/call centre role and environment
  • Will be experienced in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Office 365
  • Have a basic understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
  • Have a high level of interpersonal skills
  • Have a strong attention to detail and high degree of communication ability, both verbal & written
  • Be resourceful and have strong problem solving skills
  • Have the ability to multitask in an efficient & timely manner
