The role

Your responsibilities will include working with the Media and Communications team to develop story boards and create videos utilising stock footage, live footage and animation as required. You will collaborate with the Media and Communications team and undertake job briefs for video and digital content and support the filming, editing and production of content for external distribution. This is a fast paced environment seeking creatively minded and out of the box thinkers. 

Requirements

To be successful in this role we value experience in Multimedia, Fine Arts or similar and working experience in filming (camera operations and production setup). You will have the ability to project manage media production and video content delivery. You will be able to produce jobs from concept through to viewer-ready videos on various web, social media and other online platforms.

Work Location

Please note that whilst the current work location for this position is specified above, staff may be required to transfer to any of council's work locations with notice. Council currently has administration offices located at Caboolture, Strathpine and Redcliffe as well as depots, libraries and a range of other facilities located throughout the region.
