Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

About you 
With a background in business development, you are organised and have the ability to manage multiple tasks. You are a people person who is great at building relationships with clients and other stakeholders. You have a high attention to detail and are comfortable using a CRM software and other Microsoft Office products . The position is 30.4 hours per week across 4 days in a week.

What you need

  • Demonstrated ability to identify business development opportunities
  • Excellent communication and networking skills across a broad range of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NDIS System, or an interest in this sector
  • Ability in supporting, enabling and empowering individuals living with disabilities
  • High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality documentation
  • A current full drivers licence and Working with Vulnerable People card

If you’re successful, you’ll need a satisfactory pre-employment health assessment, national police check and to have completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module – Quality Safety and You. 

What you'll do 
This permanent part-time position will see you working closely with the Engagement Team in:

  • Identifying business development opportunities and engage with clients and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation and acceptance of service contracts.
  • Actively engaging and nurturing strong long-term relationships with community stakeholders and contributing to the growth of the Organisation.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Assisting with systems data entry, participant set up and administering and monitoring of service agreements for new participants.
